다음은 스페인 변리사로부터 받은 답변이오니, 참고하시기 바랍니다.
1.- Since year 1986, when the new Patent Act entered into force, the patent
applications are published usually after 15 months from the filing date in
the Patent Gazette.
2.- This first publication includes is partial only few details as the
application number, date, etc..
3.- The second publication takes place when the applicant has requested and
paid the search report and the results of the same are issued. This new
publication includes an abstract and a drawing in the Patent Gazette, but a
full copy of the patent application can at this moment be obtained at the
Patent Office.
4.- Finally, once the application is allowed for registration a last
publication takes place, but only expressing the identifying details (patent
number, applicant, etc..)
