| 베트남 추후 위임장 제출 가능 (조회수: 4057) |
이전 까지 베트남에 출원을 하는 경우 위임장과 함께 출원이 이루어져야 했습니다.
그러나, 2007년 5월 9일자 부터는 현지 대리인의 위임장에 대한 추후 제출이 가능하게 되었음을 알려 드립니다.

참고 바랍니다.
[note 1]: The Power of Attorney is NOT required at the time of filing, but its original must be
submitted within one month as from the filing date. In addition, the one month late filing of the Power
of Attorney is available. However, as the duration for the formality examination of application is 1
month, so it is suggested to submit the original Power of Attorney is within two weeks from the filing
date in order that such duration of examination is not extended.
[note 2]: It is also required under the new Guidelines that the Power of Attorney must be included with
the following information [attached herewith is our POA forms for your further use]:
- Full name and address of the applicant;
- Full name and title of the authorized person of the applicant who signed in the Power of Attorney
must be specified, in case that applicant is a legal entity (company or corporation).
- The signing date of the Power of Attorney. |
